Exchange Policy

Simbacart's exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased on Simbacart for specified reason within the 48 hours of shipment received. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. 

We will gladly replace the item, or return your money.

How to request an exchange

Step 1.

Raise an exchange request through website or call us at 1800 120 2106 to make arrangements for an exchange. We will need the Order id, ordering date, receiving date, product name, and quantity to be returned.

Step 2.

Ship the product which is not used and which is in original condition, tags, and packaging to SimaCart. Refer Shipping guidelines for returned products.

Step 3.

After receiving the shipment, we will notify you the same and then initiate inspection of product to check exchange eligibility. Refer exchange guidelines for exchange products.

Exchange guidelines

  •   You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  •   We exchange your product only when the product received by you is defective, different color or different size what you have ordered.
  •   We will exchange the product if you have size issue and you need another size. For size issue we will exchange product only once.
  •   If due to unavailability of stock we are unable to exchange your product then we will cancel your order and refund you your full money.
  •   To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  •   If item is used we do not entertain your request.
  •   Your item must be in the original condition, tags, and packaging.
  •   Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping guidelines for Exchange

We offer free pick up & shipping on your exchange. If you receive a refund, the cost of Shipping & return shipping will not be deducted from your refund if we unable to exchange your product.

There are two ways to return the product to us:


  1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  2. Self-Shipping : If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Myntra credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

In case of Self-shipping Simbacart recommends that you:

  1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and
  2. Either insure your package for safe return to Simbacart or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Refunds guidelines for exchange products

  •   Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  •   We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  •   If your return is approved, We will deduct the shipping charges from total amount and after deducting the shipping charges the rest amount will be refunded.
  •   We will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).
  •   You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days mostly it is 10 -15 days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all items and manuals) within 2 days of the date of receipt. We will deduct the shipping charges from the total amount and after deducting the shipping charges the rest amount will be refunded.

We will gladly return your money.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order, you can cancel it within 1 day (24 hours) of placing your order and you will be eligible for a refund of your full money. If you are cancelling the product after 24 hours your request will not be accepted. In that case after receiving the order you can return the product. For more details refer to our return policy.

We will gladly cancel your order and return your money.

How to cancel an order

Step 1.

Raise a cancellation request through website or call us at 1800 120 2106  to make arrangements for a Cancellation. We will need the invoice number, ordering date, product number, and quantity to be canceled.

Step 2.

After receiving the order cancellation request, we will notify you of the same and then check the eligibility of cancellation. If you are eligible to cancel your order, we will cancel the order.

Step 3.

You will receive a confirmation regarding your order cancellation and we will initiate your refund process.

  •   Once we receive your request for cancellation, we will check your eligibility and do the further process.
  •   We will immediately notify you of the status of your cancellation and refund amount.
  •   If your cancellation is approved, We will refund your full amount.

  •   You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days mostly it is 10 -15 days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Currently we are offering free shipping on all Simbacart purchases in India.
  • Shipping charges may be revised/vary as per our logistics partners.
  • If the package is damaged/opened please do not receive the order from the courier boy and ask him to send it back to us. We will replace your order in that case without any extra cost.

  1.  All the Policy terms subject to change without notice.
  2.  Court cases if any will come under the jurisdictions of Amritsar only.
